Only persons aged 21 years and above may register and play on phlogo. By creating an account, you confirm you meet this age requirement in accordance with Philippine gambling regulations.
Each individual may maintain only one (1) registered phlogo account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them.
phlogo supports GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT. Withdrawals are processed to the same method used for the original deposit. Verification may be required before first withdrawal.
All bonuses offered by phlogo are subject to specific wagering requirements and time limits detailed in individual promotion terms. Abuse or exploitation of bonus offers may result in account suspension and forfeiture of bonus funds.
phlogo provides deposit limits, session timers, and self-exclusion tools on all accounts. Players may activate any of these tools at any time through Account Settings. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and are binding for the chosen duration.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable Philippine law and the regulations of PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation). Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and phlogo ("phlogo", "we", "us", "the Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of phlogo at phlogo.app, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately discontinue your use of the Platform.
For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall carry the meanings set out below:
Access to and use of phlogo is strictly restricted to individuals who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older. This requirement is imposed in compliance with Philippine gambling regulations. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. phlogo reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend any Account pending such verification.
phlogo's services are intended for players located in the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. phlogo makes no representation that its services are appropriate or available in locations outside the Philippines. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so at their own risk and in violation of these Terms.
When registering for an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, registered Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. Providing false registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure. You must promptly update your registration information if any details change following account creation.
Each individual person may hold only one (1) active Account on phlogo at any given time. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether registered under different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, or payment methods — are strictly prohibited. phlogo employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate accounts. Any duplicate accounts identified will be suspended, and all associated balances will be subject to review and possible forfeiture.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passcodes (OTPs) associated with your Account. phlogo will never contact you to request your password or OTP via any channel, including live chat, email, or telephone. Any activity conducted through your Account is deemed to have been conducted by you, except where you have promptly notified phlogo of unauthorised access.
phlogo strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. With 2FA active, an OTP sent to your registered Philippine mobile number is required to complete each login. This significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised access arising from password compromise. phlogo bears no liability for losses resulting from a Player's failure to enable available security features.
phlogo may at any time, and will in all cases before processing a first withdrawal, require Players to complete identity verification in accordance with its Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. Required documentation typically includes a government-issued photo ID (Philippine passport, SSS ID, Philhealth ID, PhilSys National ID, driver's licence, or equivalent) and a document verifying address. Accounts may be suspended or restricted pending completion of KYC verification. phlogo's KYC procedures are conducted in compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws.
An Account is considered inactive if the Player has not logged in and conducted any wagering activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) consecutive months. phlogo reserves the right to impose a monthly account maintenance fee on inactive accounts, provided that the applicable fee has been disclosed to the Player. The balance remaining in an inactive Account, if any, will not fall below zero as a result of inactivity fees.
phlogo currently supports the following deposit methods for Philippine Peso (PHP) transactions: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO (Banco de Oro), Metrobank, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT (cryptocurrency, processed at the prevailing exchange rate). phlogo reserves the right to add, modify, or remove supported payment methods at any time without prior notice.
The minimum deposit amount on phlogo is ₱200. There is no maximum deposit limit under these Terms, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits. Players are responsible for verifying any limits imposed by their chosen payment provider prior to initiating a deposit.
GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited to your phlogo Wallet within seconds of successful payment confirmation. Bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) banking business days, subject to the sending bank's processing times. Card payments are processed in real time. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited after the required number of blockchain confirmations, which may take several minutes to one hour depending on network congestion.
All transactions on phlogo are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱), with the exception of USDT deposits, which are converted to PHP at the prevailing mid-market exchange rate at the time of deposit. phlogo bears no liability for exchange rate fluctuations between the time of deposit and the time of withdrawal for cryptocurrency transactions.
Only Real Money Funds that have satisfied all applicable wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal. Bonus Funds that have not yet met their associated Wagering Requirement are not withdrawable. phlogo reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification or resolution of any open investigation into account activity.
Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent qualifying deposit, subject to the provider's acceptance of withdrawal credits. This policy exists to comply with anti-money laundering regulations and to protect Players from fraud. If the original deposit method is unavailable for withdrawal, phlogo will contact the Player to arrange an alternative verified method.
phlogo targets withdrawal processing within twenty-four (24) hours of an approved withdrawal request. Actual receipt of funds depends on the processing times of the receiving financial institution. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically instant upon phlogo's processing. Bank transfers may take one (1) to three (3) banking business days.
phlogo does not charge a fee for standard withdrawals. However, payment providers may impose their own transfer fees, which are outside phlogo's control. Any such fees will be deducted from the withdrawal amount by the receiving institution.
phlogo offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and reload bonuses. The availability and terms of each promotion are detailed in the specific promotion's terms page. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for that promotion.
All Bonus Funds credited to a Player's Account are subject to a Wagering Requirement that must be met before those funds or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier will be specified in the promotion terms. For example, a Wagering Requirement of 30x applied to a ₱1,000 bonus means the Player must place a total of ₱30,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus converts to withdrawable funds. Bets placed at Real Money Funds do not count toward Bonus Fund wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise.
phlogo has a zero-tolerance policy for bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing bets with the sole intention of meeting wagering requirements while minimising risk through hedging or low-variance play at abnormally high stake-to-balance ratios, and colluding with other players to abuse promotional offers. phlogo reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings and to close accounts where bonus abuse is identified.
All games available on phlogo are provided by licensed third-party game studios and are independently audited for fairness and random number generation (RNG) integrity. phlogo itself does not control or influence game outcomes. Certified return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published on each game's information page.
In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the outcome of a game — including server errors, disconnections, or display errors — phlogo reserves the right to void affected bets and return the staked amount to the Player's Wallet. Winnings generated during a demonstrable malfunction are not payable. phlogo will investigate all reported malfunction incidents within a reasonable timeframe and communicate the outcome to the affected Player.
Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game and are displayed within the game interface prior to each round. phlogo reserves the right to impose individual bet limits on specific accounts where unusual betting patterns are identified.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phlogo Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant Philippine authorities where required by law:
phlogo is committed to promoting responsible gambling among its Player base. Gaming on phlogo should be an entertainment activity engaged in with full awareness of the associated financial risk. phlogo provides tools to help Players manage their gambling activity, including but not limited to: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and permanent or temporary self-exclusion.
Any Player may request self-exclusion from the phlogo Platform at any time by accessing the Responsible Gaming section of their Account Settings or by contacting phlogo's support team. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately. During a self-exclusion period, the excluded Player's Account will be locked, and the Player will not receive any promotional communications from phlogo. Players are reminded that self-exclusion does not automatically exclude them from other gambling platforms.
Players who believe they may have a problem with gambling are encouraged to seek assistance from the following free, confidential resources available in the Philippines: PAGCOR's Responsible Gambling Program, Gamblers Anonymous Philippines (with chapters in Manila, Cebu, Davao, and other cities), and the Philippine Problem Gambling Foundation. phlogo's support team can provide contact information for these resources upon request.
All content on the phlogo Platform — including but not limited to trademarks, logos, design elements, text, graphics, software interfaces, and game presentations — is the property of phlogo or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, or transmit any phlogo content without express prior written authorisation. Your use of the Platform grants you no ownership interest in any phlogo intellectual property.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phlogo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill. phlogo's aggregate liability to any Player for all claims arising from or related to the Platform shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
phlogo does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, third-party provider outages, and network disruptions may result in temporary service unavailability. phlogo shall not be liable for any losses incurred by a Player as a result of such interruptions.
Players may close their phlogo Account at any time by contacting the phlogo support team. Upon Account closure, any Real Money Funds balance remaining in the Account Wallet after satisfaction of all outstanding wagering requirements will be returned to the Player via the Player's verified payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC verification.
phlogo reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering activity, failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe, or receipt of a regulatory direction to cease service to a specific Player. In such cases, phlogo will return any confirmed Real Money Funds balance after deducting any amounts owed by the Player to phlogo, including any amounts subject to forfeiture under these Terms.
phlogo reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be notified to Players by posting a prominent notice on the Platform and, where reasonably practicable, by sending a notification to the Player's registered email address or mobile number. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players who do not accept the amended Terms must discontinue use of the Platform and may close their Account in accordance with Section 12.1 above.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including applicable regulations issued by PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation) and the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) of the Philippines. No provision of these Terms shall be construed in a manner that conflicts with mandatory provisions of Philippine law.
In the event of a dispute between a Player and phlogo arising from or in connection with these Terms or the Player's use of the Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through phlogo's internal complaint resolution process. Players may submit a formal complaint to phlogo's support team, who will acknowledge receipt within twenty-four (24) hours and provide a substantive response within seven (7) business days. Disputes not resolved through internal processes may be referred to the appropriate regulatory authority or to the competent courts of the Philippines.
